Since Forward! launched in 2004 there have been a number of events. The next big event will be a Diocesan Celebration in the Conference Centre of the Slieve Russell Hotel, Ballyconnell, Co. Cavan at 3pm on Sunday 17th May 2009. Like with previous events over 1000 are expected to attend.

The main focus of the Celebration is joining in worship together. The music will be provided by a praise group and the singing will be led by a special Diocesan wide choir. Bishop Ken will talk at the celebration and share his vision with us of the re-launched phase of Forward! - Still Growing 2009-2012.

There will also be a separate children's programme and children's registration will be from 2.45pm onwards.

After the celebration there will be an opportunity to enjoy fellowship as refreshment will be available to buy in the adjoining room.

Whether you are a regular church goer in the Diocese or just visiting, all are invited and welcome to join us on this special day.
